How can we not allow Tumblr to change our links to "t.umblr.com"?

The problem started when I decided to run my personal website on Tumblr and set up my own domain for it. Everything was good, fast, easy to use and free of charge. The purpose of my personal website is aggregating my social network links in one place and also links my articles in Medium and other websites. I found out that Tumblr changes links inside posts and replace it with a redirect link that contains something like this: "t.umblr.com/redirect?"

At first, I thought that this is because of this feature of Tumblr "Change unaffiliated links into Tumblr affiliate links", you can know more about it here:

Although I disabled this feature in settings, Tumblr continued to changing my links. For example, in the medium stats page, all TRAFFIC SOURCE from my website was for "t.umblr.com" domain and as a programmer, I wasn’t happy about this.
